During the 30-day time frame between June 14, 2013 and July 15, 2013, enter any comments you may have in the field above about the Corps of Engineers' draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA), which is being conducted to document the changes made since the federal Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was published in July 2011. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, this supplemental EA is available for public review in the Library section. The report and all appendices are also physically available at the following library locations: Fargo Public Library, Fargo Public Library: Carlson Branch, Moorhead Public Library, West Fargo Public Library, Kindred Public Library, Climax Public Library, and Breckenridge Public Library.

Interested parties are invited to submit written facts, arguments, or objections to the proposed modifications. These statements should clearly state the interest affected and how the proposed modifications would affect that interest. Persons submitting comments are advised that all comments received will be available for public review, to include the possibility of posting on a public website. Individuals are requested not to include personal privacy information, such as home addresses or home phone numbers, in their comments, unless they do not object to such information being made available to the public.

• A list of the public comments submitted about the supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA) will be provided by the Corps of Engineers and published on this website on a later date.
